Electroplated Diamond Round Grinding Head

Electroplated diamond grinding wheel is made by electrochemistry method.  The working layer of grinding wheel contains diamond particles, and the diamond abrasive is bonded to the matrix by metal binder.  The metal bond is deposited at a thickness of 20% higher than that of the diamond abrasive, and the diamond abrasive is then further bonded with the metal bond. 

Electroplated diamond grinding wheel, the surface layer of the disorder of diamond grains, support of non-standard special-shaped custom-made, can also provide the matrix, to return to plating, cost savings, the matrix can be reused, choose coarse grained coarse grinding, fine grinding or polishing choose fine-grained, machinable: ceramics, glass, hard alloy, ferrite high hardness of nonmetal materials.
