The newly installed grinding wheel must be idled with a protective cover at the working speed according to the following time: no less than 2 minutes for the grinding wheel with an outer diameter of less than 400mm, no less than 5 minutes for the grinding wheel with an outer diameter of more than or equal to 400mm. During idling, the operator should not stand in front of the grinding wheel or in the tangency direction.
