Electroplated Diamond Pagoda Grinding Wheel

Electroplated diamond grinding wheel is made by electrochemistry method.  The working layer of grinding wheel contains diamond abrasive grains which are bonded to the matrix by metal binder.  The metal binder is first deposited at a thickness of 20% of the diamond grain height (sanding) and then the diamond grain is further bonded (thickened) with the metal binder at a thickness of about 2/3 of the diamond grain height.  Including diamond dressing grinding wheel, grinding or cutting diamond grinding wheel. 

(1) Electroplating diamond roller: HNT electroplating diamond roller uses the principle of electroplating to deposit nickel on the substrate first, and then adsorbs abrasive (diamond or CBN) on the substrate surface under the action of electric current. The specific process can be divided into outer plating method and inner plating method.  

Electroplated HNT diamond roller, divided into four sub-types:  

UZ type inner plating HNT diamond roller, abrasive irregularly issued on the surface, high concentration, high accuracy;  

US type inner plating HNT diamond roller, abrasive according to the design pattern manual sand planting regular arrangement, coarse particle size, high processing efficiency;  

S-type external plating method HNT diamond roller, similar to general grinding wheel plating method, accuracy is lower than internal plating method;  

SG type HNT diamond roller plating method, S type dressing, improved accuracy, advantage for dressing worm, tooth shape, etc.
