Electroplated Diamond Sleeve Drill for Ceramic

Electroplated diamond hole drill, substrate surface attached with a layer of disordered diamond particles, can be returned to plating, used for making complex shape, non-standard special-shaped grinding wheel, cutting pieces, grinding head.  Sleeve drilling sharp, uniform sand, a wide range of applications, such as glass, ceramic, wood, carbon fiber, etc. 

Electroplated diamond grinding wheel is made by electrochemistry method.  The working layer of grinding wheel contains diamond abrasive grains which are bonded to the matrix by metal binder.  The metal binder is first deposited at a thickness of 20% of the diamond grain height (sanding) and then the diamond grain is further bonded (thickened) with the metal binder at a thickness of about 2/3 of the diamond grain height.  Including diamond dressing grinding wheel, grinding or cutting diamond grinding wheel.
