The bronze sintered diamond grinding wheel is a diamond grinding tool with a certain shape, which is made by hot pressing, hardening and machining by using bronze powder as bonding material and filling material.  

 Advantages of diamond resin grinding wheel:  

1. High grinding efficiency and relatively slow grinding wheel consumption;  

2. Diamond resin grinding wheel is low temperature curing, short production cycle, simple equipment and supply process;  Because the resin has fluidity, it is easy to shape the grinding wheel with complex surface.  

3. Use the dresser to shape (adjust dynamic balance and shape) as shown in the figure above.  Because the surface of grinding wheel is not exposed enough after dressing with dresser.  So it has to be sharpened.  

4. The grinding wheel has certain elasticity, which is beneficial to improve the roughness of the workpiece surface. It is mainly used for finishing grinding, semi-finishing grinding, knife grinding, polishing and other processes;  

5. For special steel, such as tungsten, tungsten and molybdenum high speed steel, vanadium alloy steel, cobalt alloy steel, special high speed steel tool grinding, hard to process heat-resistant steel workpiece ultra-finishing, and other steel hardening tools honing.
