 It has the following characteristics:  

 1. The hardness of the material is higher than that of the brown corundum grinding wheel, with sharp edges and corners, which can process carbon steel, medium carbon steel and hardened steel with low hardness.  

2. In the grinding process, the grinding heat is small, the cutting performance is good, and the grinding wheel is made into large water grinding wheel for large water grinding processing, which can achieve better results.  

3. The toughness of white corundum material is insufficient, and the abrasive particles are fragile in the cutting process.  However, after proper adjustment of the binder, the new abrasive can replace the old abrasive faster, and the new edges and corners can be exposed faster in grinding, so its self-sharpening is better, the frequency of grinding wheel dressing is slightly lower, and the working efficiency can be improved.
